At first, I was hesitant to but anyhow what's to lose in trying.
As I entered the premises, surprisingly alot were attending the said bootcamp trial session. As chatty as ever, aside from being this curious cat, haha... I looked around and seen men and women eagerly and excitedly waiting for the session to start.
I had the chance to take photos with some coaches and participants which I enjoyed so much.
And mind you guys, I was the youngest prticipant haha... actually, the not so oldest but way ahead of age haha.
"Omgee, I told myself, that is so easy... how can I lose 600 calories in 4 minutes with those??? haha"
Until Coach Grace said to do it 4 sets meaning ??? one set is jumping jack and others with 10 counts each , 4 rounds in just 4 minutes... haha
Again... I thought it was too easy .. I may not be into this sports nor run but I could make it. I was able to climb Mt Batulao which is 800 meter high in just a day anyway...
So we started... whew... can do it...
But... on my second round... there and then I've realized I am going to lose even 1000 calories in 4 minutes...
What I really did enjoyed in the session is the coaches are really so supportive and will make you realized how easy it is to lose extra pounds and be healthy and fit.
No need to run miles and miles, no need of doing exercises for hours...
Actually, in just 4 minutes everyday is surely enough.
aAd guys, you can do it anywhere in your spare times after they taught you the right way ...
After the session, kind of tired, yes, but look at how big my smile is... still enjoying and never will I regret joining it.
It's because I had tried it myself, and for a 52 year old like me considering this ( really a surprise even to myself haha...) is because I know if I continue doing this and invite more people to join, it would help them be healthier ... it's worth sharing... :D
