Having a beautiful body isn't enough.. We could be slim or should I say sexy but are we healthy enough?
Being healthy and sexy are two words that most of us women wanted to hear when people see us walking.
Head turners doesn't mean we gain admiration neither.
At age 51, with one 26 year old daughter, I started worrying of this extra actually super extra lol) fats and belly that no matter how hard I tried to hide like tucking in my jeans or using an unimaginable big belts, lol.
Still it keeps on coming out as if it wanted to greet the whole world and say "HEY, I'M HERE !!"
Oftentimes, women turned to slimming teas, drugs or other vices just to get rid of this fats.
Some might say, it's okay being fat, and make a joke out of it. But whether we admit it or not, every women dream of having a slimmer body.
Dieting from food is one way, most of us turn to. Until, we suffer from this anorexia or lost of appetite thing or even lied to ourselves...
One thing for sure...Being healthy is being sexy and trendy.... :D
